Technical Due Diligence
Union Infrastructure recently provided the seller with professional services in connection with the sale & leaseback of an industrial complex in Apodaca, Mexico.
Renewable Energy
Union Energía secured the supply and in installation of a 586kWp carport solar installation for a leading multinational technology company under a 25 year Power Purchase Agreement.
Seismic Response
Union Infrastructure provided immediate reponse to assess, make safe and repair several properties affected by the 7.1 magnitude earthquake that rocked Mexico City.
Seismic Retrofit
Union Infrastructure have been engaged as the prime contractor to deliver a siesmic retrofit project in Bogotá, Colombia.

3D Laser Scanning
3D laser scanning techniques enable us to accurately capture the spatial geometry of a building, utilising this as a base to extract and develop a full 3D architectural Revit Model, including MEP elements.
